Es ist eine hervorragende Alternative zu Glas, da es in der transparenten Variante eine<strong>\u00a0sehr hohe Lichtdurchl\u00e4ssigkeit von bis zu 92% aufweist<\/strong>.\u00a0Im Gegensatz zu Glas ist es nicht eingef\u00e4rbt (z.B. gr\u00fcn), so dass die Lichtfarbe nicht verf\u00e4lscht wird.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Zuverl\u00e4ssige\u00a0Haltbarkeit<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>PMMA hat eine <strong>bis zu\u00a0zehnmal h\u00f6here Schlagfestigkeit als Glas<\/strong>. Es bew\u00e4hrt sich daher in Bereichen, in denen es besonders auf Langlebigkeit und Robustheit ankommt &#8211; zum Beispiel bei den h\u00e4ufig eingesetzten Industrie-Sektionaltoren. Es ist flexibel und leicht zu verarbeiten &#8211; es l\u00e4sst sich schneiden, fr\u00e4sen, mechanisch und thermoplastisch verformen. Es ist chemikalienbest\u00e4ndig.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Optimales\u00a0Gewicht<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Einer der wichtigsten Vorteile von PMMA ist sein Gewicht. Es ist nur halb so leicht wie Glas (das spezifische Gewicht von PMMA betr\u00e4gt 1,2 g\/cm3 gegen\u00fcber 2,5 g\/cm3 bei vorgespanntem Glas). Dies ist z. B. bei der Konstruktion von Toren wichtig. Das geringe Gewicht, die hohe Festigkeit und die hohe Lichtdurchl\u00e4ssigkeit f\u00fchren dazu, dass Acrylglas h\u00e4ufig als Ersatz f\u00fcr Glas verwendet wird.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Witterungsbest\u00e4ndigkeit<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Isolierglaseinheiten aus PMMA sind best\u00e4ndig gegen Regen, Feuchtigkeit und Temperaturschwankungen. Plexiglas verf\u00e4rbt sich auch nach l\u00e4ngerer Sonneneinstrahlung nicht (hohe UV-Best\u00e4ndigkeit) und ist daher ideal f\u00fcr Au\u00dfenanwendungen.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>W\u00e4rme- und Schallschutz<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Acryl hat bessere W\u00e4rmed\u00e4mmeigenschaften als herk\u00f6mmliches Glas und einen sehr guten Schallschutz.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Umweltfreundlicher\u00a0Kunststoff<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>PMMA ist ein umweltfreundlicher Werkstoff. Es ist ungiftig f\u00fcr die Umwelt, auch im Hinblick auf die Brandsicherheit (im Brandfall werden keine giftigen oder korrosiven Gase freigesetzt und es entsteht nur sehr wenig Rauch). Es ist sehr haltbar und widerstandsf\u00e4hig gegen Besch\u00e4digungen, so dass Plexiglasabf\u00e4lle viel langsamer anfallen als bei anderen Kunststoffen. Es ist zu 100%\u00a0<strong>recycelbar\u00a0<\/strong>und seine Herstellung ist energieeffizient &#8211; es wird weniger Energie ben\u00f6tigt als bei der Herstellung von Glas und sein geringes Gewicht reduziert die Transport- und Installationskosten.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>PMMA SCRATCH FREE \u2013\u00a0kratzfest<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Die Oberfl\u00e4che von\u00a0<strong>PMMA SCRATCH FREE\u00a0<\/strong>ist mit einer speziellen Beschichtung versehen, die dem Material eine sehr hohe Kratzfestigkeit und Chemikalienbest\u00e4ndigkeit verleiht.
